Vintage mercury glass Christmas ornaments glitter stencil W Germany Shiny Brite

This listing is for a box lot of twelve beautiful vintage glass Christmas ornaments. These hand painted jewels are adorned with glitter and painted patterns and some have stenciling. These pieces are opulent, but not gaudy. Just the right amount of glitz. The ornaments measure 2 to 3” in diameter. They majority came from the original set made in West Germany. There are other ornaments I recognize as Shiny Brite pieces. The ornaments themselves show some considerable surface wear, but no structural issues. I prefer the look of aged mercury glass, but if you are looking for a perfection, this set definitely is not it. :-) The box as well has seen better days and it does not have the original lid.
